Today, May 8th, 2024, the executive board of OMSAC convened urgently to review and endorse decisions made by President Mr. Mourad Mazar, following the conclusions of the report made public on February 8th, 2024. This extraordinary meeting was called to take decisive actions in response to serious shortcomings observed within OMSAC's representation in Africa & the Middle East.
The report's findings shed light on unacceptable practices such as the abusive use of OMSAC's image for personal gain, influence peddling, document falsification, and identity theft. These behaviors were deemed contrary to OMSAC's values and mission, compromising its reputation and effectiveness in combating corruption and crime.
In light of these alarming findings, the OMSAC executive board, upon recommendation of the legal department which meticulously examined the various cases in this dossier, has decided to dissolve the General Political Department and permanently exclude its chief, Mr. AlMadani ELGAILY, as well as all officials involved in these reprehensible practices.
Among the cases documented in this dossier, OMSAC will initiate legal proceedings against 7 individuals of different nationalities. Furthermore, formal communication will be sent to the authorities of their respective countries, as well as to all security and administrative institutions in Sheingen, African, Middle Eastern, and American countries.
Additionally, the OMSAC executive board strongly denounces the publications of the notorious association "The Food Basket in Africa," which announced in its magazine issue #2 that it had signed a partnership contract with OMSAC, an entirely false claim. Therefore, OMSAC categorically denies any affiliation with this association and rejects any relationship whatsoever. We urge its officials to remove this information from the image in question without delay.
